ART WORKS
Marcelo's paper sculpture art works are made by his original techniques which he has cultivated since he was a child.
It is not a skill that is taught but is his own technique.
Marcelo does not like copying nature but prefers making his own concepts from his imagination into works of art.
That is the MARCELOST WORLD.

BIOGRAPHY
Marcelo was born in SaoPaulo Brazil in 1970.
He started using scissors and separated a book when he was three years old and has been making paper sculptures since then.
His first major paper sculpture was made in his last year of high school.
He has always loved art and enjoyed making all kinds of art works such as paintings, creating paper crafts and sculptures and so on.
He went to FAAP university in SaoPaulo to study art but he took a leave of absence and came back to Japan in 1990.
After he came back to Japan he started working as a full-time businessman and continued that life although he suffered from culture shock in his new environment.
He changed jobs several times and started his own design studio in 1996.
After starting his own business he got many good business opportunities.
He managed his own sales, accounting, planning and designing and encoutered serious obstacles over came them.
While concentrating on business, he lost sight of his art which became a blurry vision.
When he realized he had 15 years of no art he decided to concentrate on his art again and create beautiful works of art.
